The second project on the Nicklaus Golf Trail, La Torre is an 18 hole par 68 course with 4 sets of tees and 3 lakes. The course has wide fairways and large bunkers. At 5,400 metres it is a course where accuracy and strategy is fundamental.

La Torre Resort not only offers an excellent 18 hole course, but also a much greater variety of bars and restaurants than Mar Menor and an excellent dedicated clubhouse.When you approach La Torre from the main gate the views of the golf course are stunning. It reminds me of parts of Quinta do Lago in Portugal and that’s saying something.

You are free to use the pools on site at anytime as owners/residents if you fancy a change of scenery.

Massive, impressive, elegant and pretty as a picture. The town centre is evolving nicely with many restaurants and bars. Each of the restaurants have their own ambience and theme and the service is excellent. The food was good and well priced. The house wines are superb. The hotel is about 3 months from completion and I have every confidence that it will be excellent. La Torre has an excellent supermarket (which delivers if required). Cam bank are soon to open their office there, and currently the hairdressers, pharmacy, travel agent (to book excursions) and car hire offices are all located in the town centre. There are many more shops to come, but currently there are sufficient facilities to cater for people staying on the resort.
